Industrial IoT platform Amira

The AMIRA management system is a highly scalable and modularly expandable IIoT platform for device management, monitoring and fault detection, remote access for troubleshooting, as well as reporting and alerting.

AMIRA forms the central infrastructure for capturing and managing data streams from and to communication gateways, edge devices and sensors. AMIRA assumes the role of a data hub for secure and controllable communication with ERPs, production systems, big data servers or support systems.

The AMIRA management system is based on the latest IP-based protocols and enables worldwide, secure communication with the managed devices.

I/O module

Our I/O module is the ideal addition to our EasyGateway® family.

LOCIO

Low-power controller LOCIO

The low-power controllers “LOCIO” from Aartesys are extremely energy-efficient devices, ideally suited for IIoT tasks and for performing acquisition and control tasks in distributed systems, both for fixed and mobile installations.
The LOCIO devices are remotely configurable and controllable and are characterized by extremely simple commissioning. The devices can be securely loaded with new operating software at any time during operation via the air interface.

An integrated LTE-M /NB-IoT module is available as a communication interface for communication via public mobile networks. The position can also be evaluated via an integrated GPS module.

As with the well-known EasyGateway® family, the LOCIO devices also focus on secure communication and flexible extensions and options. Encrypted connections and secure storage of certificates are part of the basic equipment.
The extremely energy-saving design of the device, including the mobile radio interface, enables economical operation. In addition to meeting sustainability targets, this low power approach also enables operation from a primary battery or via energy harvesting.

LOCIO Basic

The “LOCIO Basic” device consists of the basic board with a wide-range power supply, series interface, analog and digital inputs, as well as a power output in a compact 18mm DIN rail housing.

Sensors

Sensors are almost always involved in customer projects.
Be it sensors for detecting changes in position or sensors for measuring temperature, humidity and pressure.
Aartesys integrates existing sensor products based on all common protocols, such as MQTT, into customer solutions or, where this standard portfolio is not sufficient, Aartesys develops sensors itself – such as, for example
the AarteLink® GeoSensor for natural hazard alarms or high-precision temperature sensors with LoRa® wireless technology for a wide range of applications such as refrigeration unit monitoring for retailers, medical technology or the catering industry.
