Channel Sales (80 -100%)

In this versatile position, you will play a key role in our company and be responsible for the development and maintenance of sales channels (partners, resellers, distributors). Your goal is to increase sales through indirect sales channels by developing strategies, acquiring, training and supporting new partners. You will also monitor performance, negotiate contracts and ensure collaboration with internal teams to maximize market presence and profitability.

Your main tasks

  • Sales: Increasing sales with existing and new partners.
  • Sales strategy: Development and implementation of strategies to increase sales via partner channels.
  • Partner management: development, maintenance and motivation of the network of sales partners (resellers, distributors, etc.).
  • Performance management: setting targets, monitoring partner performance and conducting performance reviews.
  • Support & Training: Providing resources, training and support to enable partners to successfully position, market and sell products.
  • Contract management: negotiation and management of partner contracts and agreements.
  • Market analysis: Collecting and analyzing market and competitive data to optimize the strategy.
  • Collaboration: Close cooperation with internal teams (marketing, product development, sales) for joint campaigns and product launches.
  • Onboarding: Identification and acquisition of new, promising sales partners.

Aim of the task

  • Sales growth and profit maximization via indirect sales channels.
  • Expansion of market presence and customer base through the partner network.
  • Ensuring optimal performance and partner satisfaction.

We expect

  • At least 4-5 years experience as a channel sales/manager
  • Experience in the field of IoT, electronics, electrical engineering, network or communication technology
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic planning.
  • Relationship management (Building & Maintaining Relationships).
  • Focusing on results and pursuing goals.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, often combined with a willingness to travel.
  • Languages: German (fluent C1/C2) and additionally English,
    French or Italian (fluent C1/C2). Any other language is
    welcome.
