Employee Backoffice (60 – 80%)
You will be responsible for the secretary’s office, will take care of a wide range of administrative tasks and ensure a professional customer reception.
Your area of responsibility
- Order processing and warehouse management
- Collaboration in the central helpdesk, hotline and main mailroom, customer service by telephone
- Administrative support in the area of accounting
- Correspondence (customers, suppliers, authorities)
- Collaboration in the implementation of internal processes
- Collaboration in marketing and event organization
Basic commercial training, possibly further training as a technical business person (m/f)
- Experience in electronics and/or in an SME advantageous
- Good technical understanding
- Structured, independent and proactive way of working, organisational talent
- Friendly, communicative and service-oriented personality with very good manners
- Very good computer skills MS-Office, (Europe 3000)
- Excellent language skills in German, French and English, knowledge of Italian an advantage
